    the song is "Time Is Running Out" by The Visionaries. It's off the "Galleries" album.

    This is a mostly a collection Visionaries joints with a few LMNO tunes and Blak Forest joints. Since it contains "Peace Mic" I'm guessing this mix was made in 1998.
